content of the teachers’ workstation to each students’ PC display simultaneously.

If a student requires the assistance of the teacher, he can simply ask him to view his desktop, if necessary the teacher can take over the PC without leaving his desk. During lessons, the teacher can watch each students’ progress. The pedagogic structure of Easy.Tools allows for quick and easy handling.

...Mothers and Fathers also want to know what their children are doing on their PC's, with Easy.Tools the parents can easily find out what programs are installed, what internet site their children have visited and view the active cren of their childs PC anytime.

Children are by nature curious, and enjoy installing new programs either from friends or new test enabled programs found on the internet.  With Easy.Tools parents can see what programs are installed, what Internet sites have been visited and in this sense better guide their children on the "Do's and Don'ts" in the PC experience.

The following functions are available:

Add PC’s to the Easy.Tools console over the network option.

This icon offers you the possibility to combine the students’ PCs into groups. This helps when functions must be carried out on only select PCs’

This icon updates the present status of the clients’ / students’ PC.

Here teachers can lock down and release the students’ PCs’. This function effectively blocks the users ability to use the keyboard and mouse.

This Power Management option allows teachers to shut down, restart or reboot the networked PCs’. PCs’ must support the Wake-On-Lan function for the Wake-Up function to work. (WOL)

User LogOn:   From the teacher’s PC all students’ PCs can be booted up via the network with administrations rights

Via the network, the teacher can retrieve information on the students’ activiites and computer configurations without leaving his / her desk.

• What programs are installed

With the remote control control function you can;

• View the screen content of the students' PCs' real-time;
• transfer the screen content to the students’ PCs display;
• take over the students’ PCs remotely with the click of a button

This option enables you to start programs such as Word, Excel or others remotely on the students’ PCs’.

Here, the teacher can;  lock / block user programs of the students on their PCs via the network. (e.g. Internet, games etc.)

Communication between teacher and student by means of an integrated chat module.

Distribute and retrieve documents and other files quickly and easily with a simple mouse click directly to the students’ PCs.

Distribution of software from the teacher’s PC via the network to the students’ PCs (Image or Macro type installations (experimental))

Automatically Logon workstations:
From the teachers’ PC logon students’ PCs’ automatically.

Here various functions can be carried out over an integrated scheduler on the students’ PCs’. Define time and date to start functions such as;

• start of a program
• Reboot and start in another HDD-Sheriff operating mode; ie: automatic or manual recovery or supervisor mode)
  

Additionally for HDD SHERIFF users …

Here the teacher / administrator can change individual or all PCs’ via the network into the available HDD Sheriff operating modes ie: Automatic or Manual Recovery or Supervisor Mode.
