What does "Online team" mean?

Online teams are single virtual workspaces available on the Internet that you can rent on our servers to collaborate effectively with co-workers or partners worldwide. This can be done when either working on projects together or simply sharing information. Online teams are immediately available and prices and attaching conditions are shown here. If you want to use teamspace in wider capacities, for example, in your own design or on a separate server, we can provide you with an Enterprise Server license. Please contact us to find out which alternative best meets your needs.

Can teamspace be adapted to my design and/or integrated into my web pages?

Yes. If you choose an Enterprise Server license, we will adapt teamspace to meet your unique design needs for just €1,200 . Benefits include your own login page with your own address. If you use an Online team and you just wish to integrate the teamspace login area into your homepage, you can arrange that yourself (only available for non-SSL-login).

Can you customize the teamspace software?

Yes, we provide individual developments and customized teamspace versions on demand. Whatever you need to make teamspace fit your individual needs, we are confident that we can design and deliver it. We await your challenges!

Are all modules and features part of a standard license?

Yes, all functionalities are covered with each license. This also includes all future updates.

What if I have questions or problems?

There is a comprehensive online help function inside every team that you refer to for advice from every page inside teamspace. In the download area you can also obtain a copy of the teamspace manual for further information. For personal assistance, you can also contact our support by e-mail or telephone Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CET.

Do I need a high-speed Internet connection to use teamspace?

No. Naturally, a faster connection makes working with teamspace that bit easier, but it is not imperative. teamspace was designed to be a very fast application and consequently, even a slower connection via mobile connection or even modem will not adversely affect its smooth operability.
