Dear teamspace user,
with this newsletter we want to present to you our latest release teamspace 4.5.
In order to make teamspace even more user-friendly we made the licensing and the administration of the licenses easier while at the same time giving you have more options now.
Especially for small and medium sized teams teamspace is now an even better buy than before. We changed our prices drastically: Web space is now 60% cheaper than before and an own team can now be licensed from only $9.99 per month. Discounts are now up to 20% for a 12 month billing circle.
Because of the strong demand from Asia we opened three new subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Malaysia and the Middle East. Plus teamspace Italy has also started its services this month.

New prices – teamspace now from only $.99 per month
From release 4.5 on teamspace teams are now billed per user and no longer in packages of 10 users. Thus each team only pays for the exact number of users it really has. A teamspace team can now be had from only $.99.
Web space prices lowered over 60%!
So far web space was billed in packages of 50MB. Now we doubled it to 100MB. And the 100MB now cost less than 50MB before! That means savings of over 60% per MB with prices now starting at $7.49.
Now discounts of up to 20% for longer license periods
The minimum billing circle is now monthly. For 12 months billing circles we now offer 20% discount instead of 10% before. 3 months periods come with 5% discounts and 6 months with 10%.
More user-friendly licensing and administration
With the new prices also comes a new and easier licensing and administration module. In addition to the automatic license extensions we do now offer manual extensions. The team leader status is now separate from the invoice and licensing duties, so that invoices now can also be sent to people outside the team (e.g. bookkeeping).
New: teamspace in Arabic
In addition to the already existing editions in English, German, French and Russian, we now also offer Arabic as a new language. Next up will be Italian, Chinese and Malaysian.
New international subsidiaries
On October 1st our new subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Italy and the Middle East have opened. All offices can now be reached by phone and e-mail.
New: Skype integration
The new release offers a integration of Skype into teamspace. Team members can be easily called from within the Contacts of the team. Phone calls can be started out of the regular teamspace user interface and all calls to other Skype users are of course cost-free.
New: Availability overview in Calendar
A new availability overview in Calendar makes it easier to find and create new appointments for multiple team members.
