Have you already thought about publishing contents from your teamspace team on the Internet?
It's simple, fast and up-to-date!
With the new Public Pages of teamspace you can integrate teamspace modules into your homepage or your own interactive web pages. Use it for example to create a general download area or to publish your project results. It's fast and so easy to do. Here are some examples of how it might be used:
Create general public access area where files can be downloaded by anyone who visits your "public site"
Publishing of the calendar can show dates, meetings or other highlights of your company.
The Pinboard can be used as a public notice board for general information or press releases.
Refer to workshops, seminars or meetings
Include teamspace Public Pages into your existing homepage.
Simply select the modules from your teamspace team, which you want to publish and activate them. When creating the Public Pages you get a link, which you insert into your Website. The team's data is then visualized on your homepage.
Contents are always up-to-date and get renewed with each call-up of the site. All team members can participate in organizing the contents and therefore importance of subject matter can be kept current.
Use the newly available own homepage
By activating the Public Pages, you get your own, public url on a teamspace server. You can create your own web site easily and without HTML knowledge. You alone decide what team information you would like to publish.
As simple as it is to create and publish the Public Pages, it is as easy to revoke them.
The new feature is already included into the basic price of each team licence as with all modules of teamspace.
Apart from the Public Pages, the new release teamspace 4.3 offers many further interesting new features.
teamspace is now also available in French and Russian. Additional new languages will follow in the next versions.
Plus, the teamspace access rights system now also features "inherited rights" in Tasks and Files.
