This feature gives you the opportunity to find and create new and real innovations at your company. Your internal innovation potential will be used as best as possible. Besides our new Innovation Forum you will find surely various improvements that facilitate your everyday use of teamspace.

What is new in teamspace?

• Pictures of your team members can be uploaded and shown in large size
• Free text formatting in our Discussion Forum
• Simplifying of the internal file linking
• Tasks/areas and files/folders can be copied
• Reports can be printed directly by using the print button
• Time frame is extended from 06:00 am till 10:00 pm

New: Innovation Forum

By using our new Innovation Forum, internal ideas and proposals can become easily real innovations for you and your company. Ideas with a high innovation potential will be identified, sorted out and pursued automatically due to rating all items.
With that module you enable your team to notice new ideas, innovations and suggestions for improvement at any given time. All other members can see and rate these proposals for advancement. Consequently a creative implementation into reality can be enforced automatically. Each member perceives permanently new input due to the fact that they can see new train of thoughts. This results in a constant stimulation for new ideas in the member’s minds. Therefore a stable internal exchange of ideas and thoughts is ensured.
The module Innovation Forum implies two important things: efficient work and also innovative processing due to the fact that all participating team members have the chance to see directly all current ideas and potential innovations. Within one team, people from different departments can decide there in advance if a specific idea can be implemented in reality or not. Within your company the decisive factors time and cost will be applied as best as possible.

National partners are official, exclusive teamspace representatives in specific countries. Support, sales and marketing are managed individually for each country and implemented by local partners.

Sales partner

Besides our national partners, our regional and supra-regional sales partners provide competent, personalized support to teamspace user. Sales partners are independent of regional restrictions and they develop their own user and customer bases. They are assigned using partner codes that must be stated when a teamspace team is established.
